New module links CMS, CRM and email marketing
Many companies are in trouble when it comes to managing the contact details of suspects, prospects and customers. New contacts via the website do not end up in the CRM system. The contact data that are in there are different from the file for email marketing. Simplicity is the solution: that is why INXCO (Addemar’s partner for marketing targeted communication) designed a connect module that links CMS, CRM and email marketing all together.

Drupal, Highrise and Addemar
The connect module of INXCO makes a connection via web services between Drupal, Highrise and Addemar:
  • Drupal: an open-source content-management-system (CMS) to publicize content on websites, manage and organize this
  • Highrise: an online CRM-application to list contacts, streamline the sales trajectory and organize sales tasks
  • Addemar: a platform for professional email marketing to create emailings, manage recipients and view results

Automated synchronization
In the connect module of INXCO, new contacts evolve seamlessly from suspect to prospect and customer. Every new contact will be assigned tags. That way it will later on remain clear what type of contact someone is and in which period he or she registered.
The data in Highrise and Addemar are automatically being synchronized every day. That way the files for CRM as well as email marketing are perfectly in tune. Companies no longer risk working with outdated or incomplete files. Moreover, the connect module is so user friendly that a short training will be enough to be able to work with it.
